Congratulations to the Wagon Wheel Elementary School's Destination Imagination Team for placing 2nd (missed 1st place by 1.22 points!) in the Scientific Challenge in the state competition finals. They will be advancing to the GLOBAL FINALS, the largest creative thinking and problem solving competition in the world, to be held May 21-24 in Tennessee. They are expecting 1300 teams and 16,000 attendees from 45 States and 14 countries. This is the team's 2nd year competing and 1st year going to GLOBAL FINALS, and they are beyond excited!!
